First Baptist Church Blountville, a Tennessee Southern Baptist congregation located in the beautiful foothills of the Appalachian Mountains in Blountville, Tennessee, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Children's Pastor/Director to lead our children's ministry with a heart for God and a commitment to serve. The ideal candidate will embody strong Christian values, possess leadership skills, and be deeply committed to the spiritual growth of children within our church community and the broader Blountville area. This position is salaried and full-time, serving a congregation of 350 active members, which requires the pastor/director to be located in the Tri-Cities, TN/ Southwest, VA area.
