First Baptist Church Blountville, a Tennessee Southern Baptist congregation located in the beautiful foothills of the Appalachian Mountains in Blountville, Tennessee, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Student Pastor to lead our students by fostering spiritual growth, personal development, and meaningful relationships. This role requires a passionate follower of Jesus who loves people, mentors students, and faithfully shares the gospel. The Student Pastor will lead by example, promoting a Christ-centered vision for the church and outreach, while actively engaging students, parents, and the broader community. This position is salaried and full-time, serving a congregation of 350 active members, which requires the student pastor to be located in the Tri-Cities, TN/ Southwest, VA area.
